Kyle Garst brings over a quarter of a century of insurance industry experience. Throughout his career, Kyle has held several senior management positions within private and publicly-held insurance industry companies that focused on mergers, acquisitions, franchising and business consulting.

Kyle is a founding member of Clear Lake Consulting and serves as the President of the firm. He offers our clients expertise in mergers and acquisitions (representing buyers and sellers), agency valuations and ownership perpetuation planning. He has consulted with many of the country's most successful insurance agents and brokers.

Dane Devlin brings over thirty-five years of insurance industry experience. Throughout his career, Dane has held several senior management positions within private and publicly-held insurance industry companies that focused on due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, franchising, business valuations and business consulting.

Dane is a founding member of Clear Lake Consulting and serves as the Managing Director of the firm. His breadth of career experience has served him well in consulting with and providing services to our clients. Dane specializes in financial due diligence, agency valuations, ownership perpetuation, and mergers & acquisitions. He has consulted with many of the country's most successful insurance agents and brokers in helping them ensure quality transactions.
